I dream of punk priests

Sometimes I have the weirdest dreams. I'm sure they have some bonkers explanation. Still though. Weird.

Anyway, just the other day I was dreaming of a ruler, a king, something like a French aristocrat in the time of Marie Antoinette. He was a complete wanker and softie softie. Let's call him Ludoviq. On that day, the day the dream camera was documenting, he was preparing to visit the crowds, to bless them with his presence so to speak. But before his appearance, or because of it, there was a priest giving a fiery sermon in a big-ass gothic church, imagine Notre-Dame scale, huge. The priest was wearing an open robe and beneath the robe he was almost naked, save for a skin-colored Calvin Klein underwear. So it was as if he was naked. Don't ask me why, I'm not into priests. And he had orange hair. He was screaming and he was jumping up and down and he reminded me of a singer in a punk concert. I have no idea what he was raving about, other than that it was about Ludoviq and I also was somehow aware that - plot twist - he was Ludovic's son! The bastard!

The king was not willing to let his bastard son steal the show however. He suddenly descended upon the street, in the form of a gigantic head. He was all head, no body, or any dangling bits. Like one of those floats you see in carnivals. Because, that's why. The crowds went wild! They danced and laughed and stroked the beard of the huge head. The beard seemed so luxurious and soft. It must be some wanker aristocrat shampoo or something.

And in the midst of all this ecstasy, disaster strikes: A pack of enormous magic flying dogs (production values are high in this dream) pour out of the big-ass punk church and start circling the crowd. They are very hairy dogs, so hairy that they look like flying carpets as they fluff about in the air with their fluffy ears going up and down, like gigantic fluffy wings. People look mildly amused. And then they panic as the dogs start picking them one by one and devouring them. It would be horrific if it weren't so darn cute. Look at those big fluffies!

And then I woke up.
